    Cancellation Policy

    At Horned & Bloomed Collective, we understand that plans can change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as fair and transparent as possible while allowing us to manage our bookings and animal care effectively.


    1. Standard Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel at least 60 days before your event, we refund 50% of your deposit. Within 60 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation should come to us in writing — email or text — with your booking details.

    2. Weather Cancellation Policy

    Safety and presentation come first. If forecasted weather prevents us from arriving safely or being dry and presentable, we cancel for weather. From there, you choose between three options:

    • Reschedule within one year
    • Replace the booking with a private styled photoshoot with the cow
    • Receive a refund of 50% of your booking charges
